Position Overview This role leads the Latin America Distributor market region to achieve optimum profitability and strategic growth, establishing clear, concise strategic prioritization to drive the agility, resource allocation, and investment decisions needed to deliver long-term volume and growth objectives. It is responsible for leading commercialization strategy and building sustainable revenue generation by aligning cross-functional teams. This includes owning the P&L, budget creation, and budget management for all segment plans to secure the financial resources needed to execute growth plans within established parameters—ultimately accountable for delivering Net Sales and EBITDA growth across distributor markets. This position is based in the US and is a reference level 19. It offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule from our Latin America Regional Office in Miami, Florida, and requires approximately 50% travel. What You’ll Be Doing Strategy: Partner with the senior leadership to build a LATAM strategic framework; translate business drivers and opportunities into 3-year strategic plans and annual operating plans. Sales Leadership: Own short- and long-term growth strategy execution; review and prioritize market maps and business development plans; collaborate with Marketing/Trade Marketing to identify trends and opportunities. Planning & Forecasting: Partner with supply chain on forecasting; manage monthly order forecasts to optimize EBITDA and revenue; deliver timely monthly/quarterly reporting. People Leadership: Build and coach a high-performing team through servant leadership; drive talent development, engagement, and succession planning. What You’ll Bring to the Role 10+ years of progressive management responsibility within multiple business disciplines. Spanish or Portuguese fluency, as well as a strong understanding of LATAM markets. Demonstrated successful strategic planning and tactical execution.
