Commercial Leasing Manager – Abu Dhabi Experience Required

WE’RE HIRING | COMMERCIAL LEASING MANAGER

United Plaza Real Estate is looking for an experienced and driven Commercial Leasing Manager to join our professional team.

We are seeking a strategic real estate professional who can lead commercial property operations, maximize asset performance, build strong tenants and landlords business relationship, and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute commercial leasing strategies.

* Supervise the Commercial Consultant team and oversee day-to-day leasing operations.

* Provide structured onboarding, professional training, and ongoing coaching to new team members.

* Manage leasing transactions from sourcing through negotiation and closure.

* Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.

* Identify new commercial leasing opportunities across Abu Dhabi.

* Monitor market trends, rental rates, occupancy, and leasing performance.

* Manage leasing pipelines, renewals, reporting, and CRM updates.

* Support and guide the leasing team in achieving business targets.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma.

* 2+ years of Commercial Leasing Management experience in Abu Dhabi.

* Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi commercial real estate market.

* Proven track record in Commercial Leasing management , Tenant Acquisition, landlord relations, and negotiations.

* Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

* Strong commercial and analytical capabilities.

* Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.

* Valid UAE Driving License.
