NUVÉ Properties is expanding its Secondary Market Division and is looking for experienced, ambitious Real Estate Agents who are ready to grow their listings, close more resale transactions and build a strong career in the UAE property market.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage buyers and sellers from initial enquiry through qualification, property viewings, negotiation and closing. Build your own pipeline, generate and manage listings, follow up consistently with clients, understand community pricing and market trends, and work closely with the listing, conveyancing and operations teams to complete transactions efficiently.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ year UAE real estate sales experience, preferably in the Secondary Market.
• Proven experience in resale transactions, client handling, negotiation and closing.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and property pricing.
• Ability to build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and property owners.
• Strong prospecting and follow-up skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.
