🚀 The Role

Lead and shape the Japan Compensation & Performance function, working closely with international HR teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Compensation & Performance programs

• Manage salary, bonus, payroll & performance processes

• Ensure Japanese labour-law compliance

• Partner with China, regional & HQ teams

• Drive compensation governance and provide insights to senior management

⭐ Requirements

• 8+ years C&B / Compensation & Performance experience

• 3+ years international compensation experience

• Strong Japanese labour law & compensation knowledge

• Excellent stakeholder-management skills
