Construction Project Manager | Nashville, TN | Healthcare Construction
We're seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join an established commercial general contractor with a strong healthcare portfolio throughout the Nashville market.
Our client has delivered hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), ambulatory care facilities and complex healthcare renovations for healthcare systems across Tennessee. Long-term client relationships and repeat business continue to support a steady pipeline of negotiated healthcare projects.
You'll provide overall project leadership from precon through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for owners while directing project financials, contracts, procurement, scheduling and project teams. Working closely with Superintendents, Preconstruction, and executive leadership, you'll oversee multiple aspects of project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the construction process.
Desired Skills & Experience
$140,000 - $180,000 per year depending upon experience. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates relocating to Nashville.
