SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon (Western Qualified) in the UAE. The successful candidate will perform complex adult cardiac surgical procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary heart team to provide exceptional patient outcomes using the latest surgical techniques and evidence-based practices. Medical Degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent). Western Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery/Cardiac Surgery (American Board, UK CCT, Canadian, Australian, Irish, or equivalent recognized qualification). Minimum 5 years of post-board certification experience as a Consultant Cardiac Surgeon. Eligibility for DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License. Extensive experience performing adult cardiac surgery, including CABG, valve surgery, aortic procedures, and minimally invasive cardiac surgery. Experience with advanced cardiac technologies and hybrid cardiac procedures is highly desirable. Excellent surgical, leadership, communication, and multidisciplinary teamwork skills. Commitment to evidence-based practice, patient safety, and delivering outstanding clinical outcomes.
