JOB TITLE: Consultant Sports Medicine Physician - UAE LOCATION: UAE EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time SECTOR: Healthcare / Hospital / Medical Group ABOUT THE ROLE A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in UAE is expanding its sports injury, performance medicine and multidisciplinary rehabilitation and is seeking a highly skilled Consultant Sports Medicine Physician to join its growing clinical team. ROLE OVERVIEW The successful candidate will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinical environment supported by experienced consultants, nurses, allied health professionals and modern diagnostic and treatment infrastructure. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assess and manage acute and chronic sports injuries, overuse syndromes and exercise-related medical conditions. • Design return-to-play plans with physiotherapy, strength conditioning and rehabilitation teams. • Perform musculoskeletal ultrasound assessment and guided injections according to scope and privileges. • Provide medical support for athletes, teams, fitness clients and active populations. • Advise on injury prevention, performance optimisation, nutrition coordination and safe training loads. • Maintain outcome tracking, consent, documentation and sports medicine governance standards.
