You write the copy, script the ads, manage influencer relationships, run the social channels, and keep the Polish-language website localised. This is a hands-on execution role: you own everything from first draft to published. What you'll do Write and optimise copy for the Polish website and landing pages Script ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube adapted to Polish audiences Identify and manage Polish influencer and creator partnerships Run our Polish-language social channels with a consistent posting cadence Own website localisation for Poland: adapt global campaigns and product messaging to land with a Polish-speaking audience What you bring 2+ years of content marketing or copywriting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or performance-driven environments Strong writing instincts in Polish: you write for conversion, not for approval Experience with at least two of: ad scripting, social content, influencer management, website copy Native or C2 Polish; good German or English What we offer Salary: 145,000–240,000 zł depending on experience Equity: you build it, you should own a piece of it Equipment of your choice: whatever makes you happy Regular team offsites A paid temporary relocation to Vienna to soak up our company culture (around 2 months) Office in Vienna or Warsaw, onsite, in an ambitious team that wants to do the most exciting work of their careers Food & drinks: at our Vienna office, lunch and dinner are on us (plus all the drinks your heart desires, and yes, we have protein bars and vitamins too) Hiring process 15 min intro call 30 min skill interview with our CEO Daniel 20 min culture call with our Founders
