For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com . 🚨 We're Hiring: Job title - Contracts Legal Specialist 📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position CONTRACTS COUNSEL Solenis seeks an experienced attorney with a strong commercial contracting background to serve as Contracts Counsel in its Shared Services Center. The Contracts Counsel will provide rapid and high-quality contract review and negotiation services to Solenis business and functional teams. The successful candidate must have hands-on experience drafting, negotiating, revising, and interpreting commercial contracts, including, but not limited to, non-disclosure agreements, procurement, sales and consulting contracts. As a member of the Solenis Legal Department, the Contracts Counsel is responsible for providing legal advice and technical expertise as an essential and valued team member and business partner. This attorney will work closely with other Legal team members, procurement and sales partners on a spectrum of contract and commercial issues, including, contract drafting and negotiation, policies and processes.
