Associate or Senior Associate, Corporate (Public Company / PLC)

A leading Irish corporate team is hiring an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Public Company (PLC) practice. This team advises a significant number of listed Irish PLCs on an ongoing basis and has been at the centre of some of the most high-profile corporate transactions in the Irish market, including a $63 billion pharmaceutical acquisition and a $20 billion cross-border packaging combination.

This is a genuine opportunity to build specialist public company experience early in your career, working alongside one of the most experienced M&A and equity capital markets teams in the market, within a firm known for its collegiate, team-first culture and clear path to progression.

What you'll be working on: public and private M&A, shareholder activism and disputes, and corporate redomiciliations, reorganisations, schemes of arrangement and restructurings.

What we're looking for: 1-5 years' PQE in corporate law, ideally with some public company exposure; qualified as a solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction; strong academics and drafting skills; and someone commercially sharp and comfortable managing a busy, high-profile workload.
