Fixed Term or Secondment Opportunity* for 1 year to cover substantive post holders secondment leave.

  • Secondment Opportunity – Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager and complete the secondment request form prior to interview. The secondment request form and the associated secondment policy can be found on the HR/Recruitment intranet pages and must be completed and signed by the substantive line manager. The Candidate should then take it with them to interview as confirmation that an agreement has been granted.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Corporate Services Department, based in Carseview House, Stirling. This post supports the wider Corporate Services team, which includes the Chief Executive, Chair and Executive Directors offices.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within the small team to provide an efficient and effective corporate service.

Your role will be to provide a PA service to ensure the smooth running of the wider Corporate Services function and to support the Board’s Governance Committees and other key management groups.

You will be expected to have experience of working within a busy office environment and working at a corporate level. You will be required to work as part of a team and manage competing priorities efficiently and effectively.

Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery is essential for this post.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
