About the Job

MR Global Trade & Tech Innovation, operating by MR Global Group, is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and innovative Cosmetic & Personal Care Manager to lead the company’s Cosmetics & Personal Care Department. The successful candidate will oversee product sourcing, OEM/ODM partnerships, product development, quality assurance, supplier management, brand growth, and international business expansion.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the company’s cosmetics business, strengthening global supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with international cosmetic regulations, and expanding the company’s presence across European and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Cosmetic & Personal Care Department and oversee daily business operations.

• Develop and implement department strategies aligned with company objectives and international expansion plans.

• Manage cosmetic product sourcing, supplier development, and OEM/ODM manufacturing partnerships.

• Identify and evaluate manufacturers, suppliers, and private-label opportunities worldwide.

• Lead product development, formulation coordination, packaging, branding, and product launch activities.

• Ensure compliance with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 and other international cosmetic standards.

• Oversee product quality, documentation, testing, certifications, and regulatory compliance.

• Develop pricing strategies, product positioning, and market expansion initiatives.

• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activities, and emerging beauty innovations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.

• Coordinate closely with Marketing, Business Development, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams.

• Manage departmental budgets, cost control, profitability, and business performance reporting.

• Prepare product sourcing plans, supplier evaluations, business proposals, and market feasibility studies.

• Negotiate commercial agreements, supplier contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Lead and mentor department professionals while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Support international trade exhibitions, product launches, sourcing visits, and strategic business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–10 years of experience in the cosmetics, skincare, personal care, beauty, FMCG, or related industry.

• Strong knowledge of cosmetic product sourcing, OEM/ODM manufacturing, and private-label business models.

• Experience managing cosmetic product development and supplier relationships.

• Strong understanding of EU cosmetic regulations, international quality standards, and product compliance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and strategic planning skills.

• Experience in international sourcing, procurement, import/export, and supply chain management is preferred.

• Strong business development and commercial management experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.

• Fluency in English is required. German language skills are an advantage mandatory.

• Candidates must be ready to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
