County Manager Apply Job Description We are recruiting an experienced Country Manager on behalf of our client, an international iGaming operator. The successful candidate will take full commercial and operational ownership of an unregulated market, with responsibility for P&L performance, revenue growth, player acquisition, retention, payments and the overall player experience. This is a hands-on leadership role for a commercially driven operator who understands how to scale an iGaming brand in grey and offshore environments. You will coordinate centralised Marketing, CRM, VIP, BI and Product teams, manage the performance of the company's third-party platform provider and drive sustainable GGR and NGR growth. Location : Cyprus - on site Responsibilities: As a County Manager , your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Take full ownership of the market P&L, including GGR, NGR, player acquisition, retention and profitability. Develop and execute the commercial and operational strategy for the market, ensuring activity is localised and aligned with player behaviour. Set and monitor daily, weekly and monthly forecasts across active players, FTDs, CPA, LTV, revenue and margin. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, media partners, traffic providers and other relevant commercial partners. Coordinate paid media, SEO, social, influencer and affiliate activity together with centralised internal teams. Work closely with CRM, VIP, BI, Product and Marketing teams to improve acquisition, retention and overall player value. Continuously review and optimise local payment methods, deposit and withdrawal conversion rates and the overall payments experience. Act as the key internal stakeholder for the third-party B2B platform provider, ensuring accountability across uptime, localisation, front-end performance and technical SLAs. Review and improve the full player journey, from registration and KYC through to deposits, gameplay and withdrawals. Develop and oversee VIP and high-value player strategies, including identification, engagement and retention. Monitor promotional calendars, wagering mechanics, bonus costs and abuse risks to protect revenue and margin. Direct automated CRM journeys, including welcome, second-deposit, retention and reactivation campaigns. Identify opportunities for future expansion into relevant neighbouring or complementary markets. Requirements: Fluent Turkish is essential. At least five years of hands-on leadership experience within B2C iGaming operations. Proven experience managing and scaling an iGaming brand in grey or offshore markets. Strong understanding of local payment channels, domain blocking, proxy or mirror-site management and other operational challenges within grey markets. Demonstrable ownership of P&L and a strong track record against GGR, NGR, CPA, LTV, ROI and margin targets. Experience working with third-party B2B platform providers and coordinating centralised internal teams. Strong knowledge of player acquisition, CRM, retention, VIP management, product localisation and the end-to-end player journey. Commercially minded, analytical and confident using data to identify issues, prioritise opportunities and make decisions. Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills across affiliates, payment partners, vendors and internal stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly commercial and performance-driven environment. Valued Experience Previous responsibility for launching or turning around an iGaming market. Experience supporting expansion into additional regional markets. An established network across affiliates, media partners or payment providers relevant to grey-market operations.
