Job Overview We are looking for an exceptional 3D Character Artist to join our team to be part of World of Tanks: Heat. Reports to 3D Character Artist Lead What will you do? Translate concepts into detailed character models, considering aspects such as appearance, costumes, accessories, and overall visual style, form and silhouette. Collaborate with the Art Director, Art Manager and Technical Art to execute the art style. Mentor Junior members of the team both artistically and technically. Uphold the quality of the characters both in terms of consistency and style. What are we looking for? 5+ years of industry experience as a 3D Character Artist or demonstration of at least 1 shipped AAA title. Exceptional understanding of videogame 3D character art and related workflows. A strong understanding of human anatomy with a deep understanding of creating realistic humans for videogames including hair and textures. Hands-on experience working in game engines, including asset integration, optimization, and visual polish passes Solid hard surface modeling skills Strong knowledge of creating topology for animation. Knowledge of 3D modelling and texturing software and pipelines (Maya, Blender, Marvelous Designer, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop). A problem-solving mentality with a team first attitude. Self-motivated with a productive attitude and the ability to work without direct supervision. Good English communication and writing skills.
