Creative Growth & Community Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Creative Growth & Community Marketing Specialist to help grow our finance technology platform through content, social media, events, partnerships, and community-led campaigns.

This role suits someone with a mix of digital marketing, creative production, event coordination, social media, and community engagement experience. You will help us make finance feel clearer, more human, and more accessible for clients, brokers, referral partners, and bilingual communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant channels
• Support growth campaigns for clients, brokers, referral partners, and lender audiences
• Produce short-form video, written content, campaign assets, and event material
• Help plan and coordinate community events, webinars, broker sessions, and partner activations
• Turn platform features into simple, engaging content that explains the client journey, broker tools, and finance process
• Work with business development on referral partner campaigns and relationship-building initiatives
• Support website and CMS updates, landing pages, email campaigns, and content calendars
• Assist with Mandarin-language or bilingual community campaigns where relevant
• Track campaign performance, engagement, leads, and content effectiveness

About You

• Experience in digital growth, marketing, content, events, creative direction, or social media
• Comfortable creating content from idea through to execution
• Strong creative instincts with practical marketing judgement
• Confident coordinating events, campaigns, shoots, creators, or community activations
• Able to communicate financial concepts in a simple, approachable way
• Experience with CMS platforms, social media tools, video editing, or campaign reporting
• English fluency required; Mandarin highly regarded
• Experience in finance, fintech, property, education, creative industries, or community marketing is a bonus
