Creative/Motion Designer (AI Companions)

Inception-1 is a fast-growing product company building AI-driven products that help people feel more connected and less alone. Our mission is to create meaningful digital experiences that blend technology with empathy — and to prove that AI can be both human and transformative.

We are looking for a Motion Designer to create video and static creatives for marketing campaigns of a futuristic AI Social Discovery project. Your role will involve active participation in generating ideas and improving creative strategies.

What you’ll be doing:

• Craft engaging video and static creatives for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok;
• Develop performance creatives with a clear structure and messaging logic — from the hook and main narrative to the product value and CTA;
• Collaborate with our marketing team — working closely with a UA manager, creative producer, and graphic designer to brainstorm fresh ideas and creative hypotheses;
• Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools (image, video, lip sync, and voice generators) to push creative boundaries.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role;
• Experience creating creatives for paid social / performance marketing;
• Strong understanding of performance creative anatomy: hooks, body / narrative development, CTA, pacing, messaging hierarchy, and attention retention;
• A solid grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and design principles;
• Proficiency in After Effects (bonus points if you're familiar with Figma);
• A proactive, self-sufficient approach — you know how to manage your time and get things done;
• Excitement about generative AI tools and how they can enhance creativity.
