Data Analytics: Lead behavioral analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management. Innovation: Continuously refine processes and drive automation to elevate customer satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of CRM experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Proven background within the Forex or financial services industry. Strong analytical and strategic thinking with advanced Excel proficiency. Excellent communication skills in English verbal and written.
