CSA Package Manager

We're hiring a CSA Package Manager for a flagship data centre project in Helsinki, Finland (close to the airport) on behalf of a leading international main contractor.

This CSA Package Manager job is a hands-on site leadership role overseeing civil, structural, and architectural works across a major mission-critical build, with full relocation support and a permanent Finnish contract.

What's on offer:

• €80,000-€95,000 base salary (DOE)
• 12% car allowance or company car
• Single accommodation provided
• €3,600 net flight allowance
• Permanent Finnish (Oy) employment contract
• Relocation package (not rotational)
• Monday–Friday schedule

What you'll do:

• Supervise subcontractors and site labour across CSA works
• Manage quality control, HSE compliance, and site reporting
• Liaise with Project Managers and Project Director on-site
• Control scope changes, deviations, and project closeout

What you need:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 3–5 years in site supervision, ideally on data centre or industrial projects
• Strong HSE knowledge and subcontractor management experience
• Fluent English; Finnish is a plus
