CSA Package Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced CSA Package Manager to join a hyperscale data centre construction project in Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of the CSA package, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

The role will involve close coordination with the Project Manager, subcontractors, site teams and wider project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the CSA package alongside the Project Manager and wider project team.
• Manage and oversee subcontractors and site personnel.
• Monitor site progress, quality and construction standards.
• Conduct regular site and safety inspections.
• Ensure all works comply with HSE and company requirements.
• Review drawings, reports and project documentation.
• Track scope changes, deviations and project quantities.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery.
• Support project administration, close-out and lessons learned.
• Report progress, issues and changes to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a CSA Package Manager, CSA Manager, CSA Supervisor, Construction Manager or similar role.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong experience managing and coordinating subcontractors on site.
• Good understanding of Civil, Structural and Architectural construction activities.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety and HSE requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience monitoring project progress, quality and subcontractor performance.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to identify issues, manage changes and report deviations effectively.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Data centre / mission-critical construction experience is highly desirable.
