Executive Search: 8 Senior AI Leadership Mandates (CTO / Chief Scientist)

The past three years have been the most productive period in frontier AI. If you have led large-scale model training, multimodal systems, or industrial AI at a level most only read about, your next move matters more than the last five combined.

We have been retained by a Fortune-class platform group (900M+ user consumer and enterprise surface) to recruit for 8 distinct senior AI leadership positions across multiple locations in China.

What You Will Own:

• Frontier Research, Development & Delivery: Drive original breakthroughs at the cutting edge of AI while owning the end-to-end pathway from raw prototype to production-grade deployment.
• 3–5 Year Technical & Domain Strategy: Define and lead the long-term technological roadmap for LLM training/deployment, multimodal foundation models, embodied AI, industrial vision, or data intelligence platforms.
• High-Impact Talent Bench (20–100+): Build, mentor, and lead elite multidisciplinary research and engineering teams that actively produce—rather than just consume—frontier work.
• National-Scale Platform Delivery: Spearhead massive systems and infrastructure footprints across consumer internet, enterprise digital transformation, and smart home ecosystems that simply cannot be reached at any other employer in the region.
• External Ecosystem Influence: Represent the platform in national research initiatives, major industry standard bodies and elite academic collaborators.

The Profile We Look For:

• 8+ years post-PhD in AI research or applied AI engineering; 3+ years leading high-performing research/platform teams (15+).
• First-hand experience with large-scale model training (100B+ parameters, language/multimodal, RLHF, alignment, or inference optimization).
• Technical fluency in English; Mandarin working proficiency is a plus but not required for international candidates.
• Current or previous experience in the frontier AI companies or leading universities/labs is preferable.

Compensation: Top-quartile base, performance incentives and full international relocation support.
