BAB Consult is recruiting Customer Care Consultants for an international employer in Greece. We’re looking for strong language skills, confidence using a computer, and a willingness to learn.

You’ll support customers by phone, chat, and email:

• helping with enquiries,
• resolving issues,
• and creating a positive customer experience.
• The mix of communication channels depends on the project.

Working schedule: flexible working hours; standard working hours or flexible shifts. Monday to Sunday or Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• C1 level in German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Icelandic
• B2 in English;
• Attention to detail;
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus;
• PC skills; Very good technical skills;
• Living in Greece or willingness to relocate.

What is not needed:

• Experience;
• Degree in higher education;
