Customer Experience Advisor with Danish (remote)

Location: Chania, Greece | Work-from-home option within Greece

Schedule: Full-time

BAB Consult is recruiting Customer Experience Advisors to support e-commerce platgorm's online customers. If you’re moving from another country, you’ll receive relocation support and €400 gross per month towards your accommodation for your first year.

Your role:

You’ll help customers by phone, email and chat with questions about orders, payments, deliveries, returns and products. You’ll investigate each case and guide customers towards a clear, practical solution.

What we’re looking for:

• Danish at C1 level and English at B2 level;
• Clear, friendly written and spoken communication;
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems;
• A patient, helpful approach to solving problems.
• Previous customer service experience is not required. Retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage.

What is offered:

• Salary: €1300 gross;
• Productivity bonus;
• If you relocate from another country: you’ll also be eligible for a €400 gross monthly accommodation bonus during your first 12 months. An avarage rent price for a one-bedroom apartment is 350-700 E a month.
• Relocation is provided only for Chania. Remote work is available within Greece.
• Shifts fall between 09:00 and 21:00 and include approximately one to two weekends per month. You’ll receive 10 days of training, followed by supported practice with the team.
