Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our valet parking operations in Dubai.

The successful candidate will assist guests, coordinate valet parking services, respond to customer inquiries, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 3,500 per month
• Additional Allowance: AED 500 for accommodation and transportation
• Working Hours: 9 hours per day, 6 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide professional assistance with valet parking services.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-off and retrieval efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about valet services and available facilities.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, tickets, and related information.
• Coordinate closely with valet parking staff to ensure prompt and seamless service.
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate supervisor when required.
• Maintain professional service standards and follow company procedures at all times.
• Support the team in maintaining an organized, safe, and customer-friendly service environment.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and guest-handling skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, valet parking, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude and a professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
