Customer Service Representative (Danish Speaking)

In this role, you will support users of a major global travel and accommodation platform, ensuring seamless booking experiences and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking users via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with inquiries regarding reservations, booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests. Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and build long-term customer trust. Requirements: Native or professional fluency in Danish with strong written and verbal English communication skills. Prior experience in customer support, tourism, or hospitality is highly valued but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
