We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the customer service team of an international bank in Athens, Greece.

This role is a great opportunity for those looking to gain international work experience in a major European city, within a multinational company and a young, multicultural working environment.

Full training will be provided, and previous experience in banking is not required.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼

• Handle incoming calls from German-speaking customers

• Make every interaction clear, professional and helpful

• Provide accurate information using the appropriate systems and tools

• Keep customer information and interaction records up to date

• Follow established procedures and quality standards

𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀

• €1,300 gross per month

• €50 project bonus

• €100 welcome bonus during the first 12 months

• Performance bonus of up to 10%
