Customer Service Representative - Travel Industry

Speak Dutch, Czech or Slovak? Ready to combine an international career with life in Greece?

We’re currently looking for Dutch, Czech and Slovak speakers to join an international customer service team in Greece, supporting Booking.com, one of the world’s leading online travel platforms.

You can work from home anywhere in Greece or work on-site in Athens, with three weeks of fully paid training to get you started.

You’ll support customers and accommodation partners with bookings, account queries and platform-related questions.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and accommodation partners via phone, chat and email.
• Research customer and partner queries and provide accurate solutions.
• Act as a first point of contact for accommodation partners.
• Assist with room modifications, rates, availability and reservations.
• Support partners with online and extranet tools.
• Provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate systems and processes.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer and partner service.

Must-have Requirements

• Dutch, Czech or Slovak at C1 level.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach and confidence using computers and digital tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Currently living in Greece or willing and eligible to relocate to Greece.
• For home-based work, a reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable quiet working environment.

Training & Career Development

Your first three weeks will consist of fully paid training designed to prepare you for the role. You’ll learn the Booking.com customer service processes, reservation and accommodation-partner support procedures, internal tools and systems, and how to handle different customer situations effectively.

After training, you’ll continue to receive support and coaching while developing your customer service and travel-industry knowledge.
