Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused, and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ahmedabad. The role involves assisting customers, resolving their queries and concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, requests, and concerns in a professional, courteous, and empathetic manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established service processes.
• Handle multiple customer interactions and tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Support the team in improving customer service processes and overall service quality.
• Meet defined customer service and performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Patient, positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work in rotational/night shifts as required.
• Prior customer service, BPO, or call-centre experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹25,000 – ₹38,000 per month

Additional benefits include:

• Night Shift Allowance as applicable for eligible working hours.
• Complimentary meals during shifts.
• Cab facility available for eligible night-shift employees between 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• 5 days of temporary accommodation for candidates relocating to Ahmedabad.
• Travel ticket support from the candidate's current location to Ahmedabad for eligible relocated candidates.
