Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via Chat and Email
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds

Who We're Looking For

• Native or fluent Japanese speakers
• JLPT N1/N2 or equivalent Japanese proficiency preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
