About the Role
This senior individual contributor role sits on the Customer Success team at a pediatric mental health care company. You will own strategic school and district partnerships, grow referrals to care, and build the playbooks and metrics that help the function scale.
What You'll Do
Manage relationships with school counselors and other stakeholders across a portfolio of school and district partners.
Help partners identify more students who could benefit from mental health care and drive referral growth.
Build playbooks, metrics, and dashboards that support partner health and help the team prioritize its work.
Use AI tools to automate repetitive workflows and improve team efficiency.
Share customer feedback with Operations, Product, Growth, and Clinical teams.
What We're Looking For
At least 5 years of individual contributor experience in customer success, account management, sales, or business development.
Experience managing a high-volume portfolio of 100 or more accounts, ideally at an early-stage startup, and building processes from scratch with limited resources.
A track record of driving growth, sales, or upsell outcomes, not only customer retention.
Strong relationship-building skills and confidence handling complex conversations with busy partners.
Comfort using CRM and AI tools, and turning imperfect data into practical decisions.
A bachelor's degree and interest in growing toward future team leadership.
School partnership, K-12, education technology, or mental health experience is helpful.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $110,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
Location
Hybrid in New York, New York, with three days per week in the office.
