Follow established quality benchmarks and operational team standards. Liaise with international team members when required to solve complex cases. Requirements: Native or C1-C2 level proficiency in German (fluent/bilingual). English language skills at a B1 level or higher. Fully prepared to relocate, live, and work in Portugal. A proactive, dependable individual with a strong willingness to learn. Comfortable working within a diverse, multicultural corporate setting.
