What you’ll do

• Support customers in Italian and English by phone, chat, and email on repair enquiries
• Explain repair solutions clearly and handle complaints with empathy
• Share customer feedback to improve products and service, and work closely with your team

What we’re looking for

• Fluent Italian and good English
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and work rotating shifts (Mon–Sun, 08:00–22:00)
