Apply now We usually respond within a day Position : Customer Support Agent Location: Nicosia, Cyprus Employment type : Full-time Remuneration : Base salary + bonuses What you’ll be doing: Handle customer inquiries through live chat, email, phone, and other communication channels Support customers across multiple brands Assist with account-related questions, general queries, and service requests Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaints Work closely with internal departments to resolve more complex cases Provide professional support in both Korean and English Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of internal procedures Identify opportunities for upselling and customer engagement where appropriate Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience Schedule: The role operates on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule: 07:00 – 15:00 15:00 – 23:00 23:00 – 07:00 What you bring: Fluent Korean, written and spoken Good level of English, written and spoken Previous experience in customer service, customer support, sales, telephone support or a customer-facing role Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays Strong communication and problem-solving skills Open to relocation to Cyprus Previous iGaming experience is considered an advantage Experience supporting customers through live chat, email, or phone Additional languages are considered an advantage What we offer: First 3 months: €2,500 NET/month, which will gradually increase Monthly Housing allowance Mobile & internet allowance Guidance and tools to reach your full potential Relocation support for international candidates: 2 weeks' accommodation Performance-based bonuses Birthday bonus Additional compensation for extra working hours Sign-on bonus for new joiners Medical Subscription And many others!
