Finnish-Speaking FX Retention Agent – Cyprus Location: Cyprus Employment: Full-time We are looking for experienced and motivated Finnish-Speaking FX Retention Agents to join a growing international sales team in Cyprus. This is a strong opportunity for candidates with previous experience in Forex / CFD retention who are looking to relocate to Cyprus and join a company offering a competitive package, strong commission potential and full relocation support. Salary & Commission €2,000 basic salary 5% commission Strong earning potential based on performance Full Relocation Package The company provides: Apartment / accommodation Flight tickets Transportation Financial support for food until you start earning Work mobile phone Work laptop Full work setup and equipment provided Responsibilities Manage and retain an existing portfolio of Finnish-speaking clients Build strong long-term relationships with clients Maintain regular communication and follow-up Understand client needs and trading activity Encourage continued engagement and deposits Reactivate inactive clients Handle objections professionally Work toward individual retention and revenue targets Maintain accurate client records and follow internal procedures Cooperate closely with team leaders and management Requirements Fluent / native-level Finnish Good level of English Previous FX / Forex / CFD retention experience Strong sales and communication skills Confident telephone manner Ability to build relationships and maintain client engagement Target-driven and motivated by commission Willingness to relocate to Cyprus What You Get €2,000 basic + 5% commission + apartment + flights + transport + food support + work phone + laptop.
