You will be supporting customers of one of the world's leading online travel platforms, helping them with reservations, travel modifications, and inquiries. Key Details at a Glance Location: Athens, Greece ( 100% On-site ) Fixed Start Date: September 25 (Includes fully paid training!) Your Responsibilities Support customers via phone, email, and chat regarding accommodation bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel inquiries. Provide an outstanding, customer-first service experience. Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently. Requirements Fluent Czech (C1/C2) and good English (B2+) . Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with computer systems and multi-tasking across tools. Ability to work on-site at our Athens hub. Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required —full training is provided!
