Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Start Date: 14 April 2026 Working Hours: 09:30–18:00, Monday–Friday Work Model: On‑site (Hybrid possible after month 2 based on performance) Deadline for Final Candidate List: 6 April €800 Welcome Bonus About the Role We are looking for near‑native Dutch speakers (no Flemish accents) with B2 English to join our Customer Services team supporting CAK in the Netherlands . As a Customer Contact Specialist , you will handle inquiries related to the Social Support Act (Wmo) and Long-Term Care Act (WLZ) . Your daily tasks will involve: Providing phone support to Dutch citizens Addressing questions regarding outstanding balances, direct debit, administrative processes and changes related to these two schemes Guiding customers clearly and professionally through their requests Training: 1–2 weeks depending on group size and performance.
