Role : Customer Support Specialist (Filipino speaking) About the Role: On behalf of our client, a rapidly growing iGaming company, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist (Filipino-speaking) to join their team in Yerevan, Armenia. The company offers a comprehensive relocation package, including flight tickets, visa processing fees, accommodation, and meals. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to online platform users, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: I. User Inquiry & Service: Respond to player inquiries regarding bonuses, promotions, account issues, etc., via online chat, phone, social media, and other channels. Help users understand bonus rules, eligibility requirements, and redemption procedures. II. Issue Resolution & Follow-up: Record user feedback and issues, and promptly handle cases such as bonus discrepancies and promotion disputes. Investigate complex issues and escalate to supervisors or other departments when necessary. III. Account & Process Support: Assist users with account-related matters, including login issues, deposit/withdrawal problems, and bonus payout status. Stay up to date with the platform's various promotional activities and bonus policies to provide accurate information. IV. Promotion & Campaign Support: Introduce current promotions and bonus offers to users, and appropriately guide them to participate. Assist users with the campaign participation process. V. Client Relationship Management: Oversee the daily maintenance and relationship management of the company's existing clients, ensuring strong client retention and engagement. Requirements: Fluent in Filipino and English (spoken and written); proficiency in Chinese is an advantage. Bachelor's degree or above. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role. Prior experience in customer support or back-office operations within the iGaming or FinTech sectors is highly desirable. Willingness to relocate to Yerevan, Armenia.
