Customer Support with Danish or Norwegian - relocation included

After completing the initial on-site period in Chania, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.

What you’ll do:

• Support Danish or Norwegian-speaking customers by phone, email and chat;
• Assist with orders, payments, deliveries and returns;
• Handle enquiries about missing parcels, product claims and discounts;
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently;
• Deliver a positive online shopping experience.

What we’re looking for:

• Danish at C1 level or Norwegian at C1 level;
• English at B2 level;
• Good communication and computer skills;
• Customer service experience is not required;
• Retail or e-commerce experience is considered an advantage.

• €1300-1700 gross monthly salary;
