Dutch Speaking Customer Service Rep–Onsite in Greece | Relocation Support

About The Dutch Customer Service Role

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other digital communication channels. You will answer customer questions, resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

You will work in an international Customer Service / Customer Support environment, using your Dutch language skills every day while communicating in English with your colleagues and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer questions, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems and CRM tools.
• Follow customer service procedures and quality standards.
• Meet individual and team customer service KPIs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
• Work effectively with an international and multicultural team.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent or native Dutch (C1/C2).
• Good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Contact Center, Technical Support, Hospitality or Retail is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented and empathetic approach.
• Comfortable working in a multichannel customer support environment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, if currently living abroad.

Relocation Package – Move to Greece

Candidates relocating from abroad will receive:

• 3 weeks of hotel accommodation close to the workplace
• Up to €300 gross flight reimbursement with the first salary payment
• Assistance with employment documentation and administrative procedures
• Accommodation support during the training period may be available for candidates who are not currently based in Athens
  
  
  

Working Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday to Sunday
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00
• Weekend work may be required according to the shift schedule
  
  
  

Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens at least 7 days before their start date to complete the required hiring and onboarding procedures.
