Customer Support with German language in Lisbon

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

About the project:

You will be supporting a global company that provides a wide range of products and services to customers. The role focuses on assisting users and ensuring they have a smooth experience while interacting with the company’s offerings. You will contribute to maintaining high-quality service standards in an international and dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers across various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social platforms.
• Assist with general questions, product-related inquiries, and basic support needs.
• Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all interactions.
• Forward more complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to help resolve outstanding requests.
• Organize and manage your assigned workload in line with team guidelines.
• Work within a flexible schedule when required.
• Contribute to reviewing and improving customer support materials.

Requirements:

• Fluency in the German language (must be at least C2),
• At least B2 level in the English language
• You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
