In this important role, you will ensure the quality and safety of user-generated content across platforms while adhering to community guidelines. Your linguistic skills will be invaluable in fostering a welcoming online environment for Czech-speaking users and maintaining the platform’s integrity. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards and guidelines. Communicate effectively with users, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on moderation policies. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to maintain a safe user environment. Analyze trends in content and user behavior to improve moderation practices and user engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to refine community guidelines and enhance overall user experience. Maintain thorough documentation of moderation actions for accuracy in reporting and audits. Participate in ongoing training to keep up-to-date with best practices in content moderation. Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or related fields is preferred. Strong understanding of online community standards and user engagement strategies. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational capabilities. Ability to handle sensitive issues professionally and empathetically. Familiarity with content moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage content-related challenges.
