D365 Business Central Functional Consultant

We’re working with a growing business in Norway that is expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central capability across a range of international projects.

They are looking for an experienced Business Central Functional Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is an opportunity to work across Norway, Europe and the UK, supporting clients with their Business Central solutions while becoming a key functional SME within the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and projects
• Providing functional expertise across Finance or Supply Chain / SCM
• Working closely with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Translating business requirements into effective Business Central solutions
• Supporting configuration, implementation and optimisation of Business Central
• Acting as a trusted functional SME for clients and internal teams
• Supporting projects across Norway and wider European and UK markets
• Helping drive best practice across Business Central solutions
• Working collaboratively with technical consultants, developers and other functional specialists

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• A solid functional background in either Finance or SCM
• Previous experience working in a functional consulting capacity
• Strong understanding of ERP processes and business requirements
• Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
• Able to operate as a functional SME and provide trusted advice
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• A willingness to work across international projects

Location & Relocation

The role is based in Norway, but relocation can be considered for the right candidate.

We’re particularly interested in speaking with Business Central consultants currently based in:

• Sweden
• Denmark
• Other parts of Norway
• Other European locations
