In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe online environment and maintaining the integrity of digital platforms by analyzing user behavior and moderating content. Responsibilities Monitor and assess online user interactions to identify potential safety risks and policy violations. Conduct thorough analyses of reported incidents, providing recommendations for resolution and reporting findings to management. Provide support and guidance to users on safety policies, reporting mechanisms, and best practice standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance safety measures and develop effective user protection strategies. Stay informed on digital safety trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes affecting online environments. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on safety incidents and trends to inform strategic initiatives. Participate in training and awareness campaigns to educate users about safe online practices. Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related analytical role is preferred. Strong understanding of online safety policies, regulations, and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess incidents critically. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and support users. Proficiency with digital moderation tools and data analysis software. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
