Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks
As a Digital Safety Specialist, your daily operations will include:
- Content Review: Auditing user-uploaded videos, text, and images in Danish to maintain a secure and trustworthy online space.
- Policy Application: Rapidly and accurately flagging policy-violating content, including cyberbullying, misinformation, hate speech, and graphic material.
- Cultural Context: Staying informed about emerging online trends, local cultural dynamics, and popular Danish internet terminology to make sound moderation choices.
- Data Privacy: Upholding rigorous confidentiality and adhering strictly to international data protection regulations.
- Skill Development: Engaging in regular professional training to stay aligned with platform policy adjustments and new moderation tools.
Candidate Qualifications
Language Proficiency
- Danish: Fluent or near-fluent communication skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level required).
- English: Solid working proficiency (minimum B2 level) for internal messaging, team collaboration, and training sessions.

- Work Arrangement: Full willingness to work entirely on-site at our corporate headquarters in Lisbon.
- Technical Aptitude: High familiarity with social media networks, web programs, and content moderation platforms.
- Emotional Resilience: Strong psychological strength and objective mindset necessary for processing repetitive tasks and handling potentially graphic or sensitive material.
- Work Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or call center operations is preferred but not required. Complete, paid training will be provided.
