Ukrainian Speaking Content Reviewer (on-site)

This is an exclusively on-site position located in Lisbon, Portugal. To be considered, applicants must already reside within the country.

In this role, you will be key to protecting the user community of a leading global social platform. Collaborating with an energetic team, your main goal is to cultivate a safe, respectful, and positive online space for millions of everyday users.

Compensation & Working Hours

• Base Salary: €1,237 gross per month (distributed across 12 monthly payments).
• Work Week: Full-time, 40 hours per week (5 working days).
• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts operating between 07:00 and 24:00 (Midnight), Monday through Sunday.
  
  
  

Key Responsibilities As a Content Analyst, you will protect platform integrity and enforce safety standards through these core tasks:

• Content Evaluation: Inspect user-submitted content—such as profiles, text posts, images, and videos—to ensure full compliance with platform rules.
• Risk Mitigation: Spot, report, and take down unsafe, deceptive, or policy-violating material to keep the digital ecosystem safe.
• Issue Escalation: Examine and resolve reported user cases regarding account safety, platform abuse, and policy breaches with a keen eye for detail.
• Performance Targets: Balance empathy and objectivity while consistently hitting key goals for accuracy, speed, and volume.
  
  
  

Who We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent command of Ukrainian, alongside a strong working knowledge of English (at least B2 level) for training and internal communication.
• Work Authorization: Must possess valid EU citizenship, a Portuguese Residence Permit (Título de Residência), or official documentation of Refugee Status.
• Resilience: Comfortable handling potentially sensitive online content and capable of adapting to shifting schedules in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
• Bonus Qualifications: Previous experience in content moderation, online safety, or customer care is a plus, but not required. We offer full professional training to get you up to speed.
