Strong communication and customer service skills. A positive, solution-oriented attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, or the automotive industry is an advantage but not required. Comfortable using computers and customer management systems. EU citizenship or the legal right to work in the EU.
