■About the Company's Data & AI Solution Business

The Data & AI Solution Division drives enterprise-grade decision-making by uniting scalable data infrastructure with advanced Generative AI architectures.

The company maintains a proprietary, end-to-end Data & AI technology stack—ranging from Snowflake-powered data platform engineering to modern AI agent governance frameworks (MCPass) and collaborative AI platforms (Finstage Cowork)—tailored specifically for large enterprise clients, with a strong focus on major financial institutions.

■Services Offered by the Data & AI Solution Division

・New Service Launch:

A specialized platform that centralizes and manages AI agent connectivity across enterprise organizations, ensuring robust governance and security. Currently in active development targeting enterprise deployments, with a primary focus on financial institutions.

・Enterprise AI Collaboration Platform:

A proprietary platform facilitating AI-human collaborative workflows ("vibe working") across enterprise environments. As a Data Engineer, you will be involved in a diverse array of data-centric initiatives. ■Responsibilities

Design, implementation, testing, development, maintenance, and operation of data infrastructure

Design, implementation, and operation of data pipelines for our proprietary products

Supporting customers in the implementation of generative AI

Required

・2+ years of experience in software engineering or data engineering

・Experience in development and operations using Python and SQL

・Experience in system development and operations as part of a team

Preferred

・Experience in face-to-face negotiations (client communication)

・Experience using ETL tools such as dbt, Dataform, and Glue

・Experience using workflow management tools such as Airflow

・Knowledge of data management, as represented by the DMBOK

・Ability to build and manage public cloud resources (e.g., AWS) using IaC tools such as Terraform

・Development experience using container technologies such as Docker
