🛠️ Examples of what you could be doing:

• Investigating cost and workforce trade-offs across First Mile, Sortation and Middle Mile operations
• Monitoring forecast accuracy and catching model drift before it hits the business
• Building the reporting layer that gives finance and commercial clients visibility into what's actually happening
• Defining the metrics for entirely new services and expansion markets where none exist yet
• Translating messy operational data into dashboards and recommendations people actually act on

✅ What they're looking for, broadly:

• Strong SQL, comfortable across the analytical spectrum from fast descriptive work to more rigorous modelling
• Strong data visualisation experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker etc.
• People who want to understand how an operation actually works, not analyse it from a distance
• Confidence communicating with non-technical stakeholders, and translating data into decisions people act on
• 3+ years experience for Analyst level; 5+ for Senior and Lead

👍 Bonus points for:

• Experience with dbt and modern cloud warehouses (BigQuery experience is a strong plus, not a requirement)
• Experience working within logistics, marketplace or operational analytics exposure
• Python proficiency for automation and data manipulation
