Aspire Manpower Services is hiring FAM Operators for our client, with employment under Aspire’s payroll and visa sponsorship.

About the Role

FAM Operators will be responsible for identifying, tagging, scanning, and maintaining records of fixed assets, conducting physical checks, and supporting asset inventory exercises at remote ADNOC facilities in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Identify, tag and scan fixed assets.
• Record and update asset details in Microsoft Excel and asset management systems.
• Conduct physical asset checks and reconcile findings against existing records.
• Verify asset locations, descriptions and identification numbers.
• Report missing tags, discrepancies and changes in asset status.
• Support asset inventory exercises and other assigned FAM activities.

Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Required Skills

• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Willingness to work at remote ADNOC facilities.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in asset tagging, inventory or fixed asset management is an advantage.
• Candidates currently in the UAE on a visit visa or with a cancelled employment visa are encouraged to apply.

Pay range and compensation package

• Monthly Salary: Fixed AED 2,500, plus the benefits listed above.

• Work Location: Remote ADNOC facilities, UAE
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
