🔥 THE ROLE

Build and evaluate Machine Learning models
Work with structured/tabular data
Use Python for data analysis, feature engineering and model development
Get involved across the full ML lifecycle – from data to production
Work on financial services AI projects
Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI Consultants on client solutions
Contribute to MLOps, reusable ML frameworks and solution design

🧠 YOU'LL NEED

1+ year commercial Data Science / Machine Learning experience
Strong Python skills
Experience with tabular data
Hands-on ML model development and evaluation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Business-level Japanese – JLPT N1 or equivalent
