Data Center Engineer - AI Infrastructure

I’m supporting a fast-scaling AI cloud infrastructure company that is building next-generation GPU infrastructure across the US and Europe.

They are hiring multiple junior-mid-senior Data Center Engineer in Riga to work hands-on across modern AI compute environments - deployment, production readiness, troubleshooting, GPU server hardware, liquid-cooled systems, and data centre operations.

This role is real a chance to join early, take real ownership, and help scale infrastructure that will support some of the most demanding AI workloads in the market.

What you'll get to do:

• Work close to next-generation GPU platforms - H100, H200, B200, GB200, NVIDIA Rubin and beyond.
• Hands-on exposure to high-density, liquid-cooled AI infrastructure

• Data Center Technician / Engineer
• GPU Infrastructure / Cluster Deployment
• Server Hardware / Break-fix / Diagnostics
• Lab Infrastructure / Hardware Validation
• Critical Data Center Operations
• Supermicro, NVIDIA, CoreWeave, Oracle, Google, AWS, Microsoft, Meta, Dell, HPE, Quanta, ZT/AMD or similar environments

Particularly interested in people with exposure to GPU servers, BMC/IPMI/Redfish, firmware/BIOS, InfiniBand/Mellanox, rack deployment, liquid cooling, high-priority hardware escalations or production data centre operations.
